- Storyline with fish - story about a fish going about showing the diversity of the sea
The benefit of a story line would be allot more captivating for children and would appeal to them more then say an adult crowd especially if it was pulled of well.
The down side of having a story line is it might get old quick and not have much re watch value or if it does 3 times is more then enough for someone to not want to watch it again.
- Virtual aquarium - Your own personal exotic fish tank online
This idea I think would appeal to all age groups , it would be fun for children who want too see what they where going to visit , possibly inspire them to pay a visit to the aquarium, but it could also be based on an existing tank at the aquarium so parents can see what they have , and keep their children entertained, I also thing it could be a very attractive thing to be playing on the website .
Downside to this is it some people may find it boring , at it may not e interactive enough for children.
- Information biography - an informational animation where you can select fish and find out where they are and what their habit's,diet and such are.
This one i think would appeal to a adult audience and people who are already interested and want to know more about fish, it could tell them where they can find that fish in the aquarium where in the world they are found and their habits and personality.
This however might be boring for children because its information, not full of animation and things they can interact with
The way we came up with ideas where we thought of the audience we wanted it to appeal too. we looked at children, teens , adults. and a mix of them all. We did this buy looking at all ready made animations or small animations too see what we thought they appealed too, by doing this we could find a suitable one for the idea we picked.
we all so looked at the down sides which would allow us to mix and match or just see which one has more potential.
